KTO Karatay \u00dcniversitesi Beslenme ve Diyetetik B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Nurhan \u00dcn\u00fcsan, yaz aylar\u0131nda ne kadar do\u011fru beslenme olursa, v\u00fccuttaki do\u011fru mikroorganizmalar\u0131n geli\u015fmesine de olumlu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131da bulunmu\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti. <\/p>\n<p>  &#8220;Daha az hastalanmak istiyorsak, mikrofloram\u0131z\u0131 do\u011fru y\u00f6nde beslememiz gerekiyor&#8221;<br \/>\n  Ba\u011f\u0131rsaklardan bulunan mikroorganizmalara dikkat \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. Nurhan \u00dcn\u00fcsan, &#8220;Bizim mikrofloram\u0131z, mikroflora dedi\u011fimiz ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar\u0131m\u0131zda ya\u015fayan mokroorganizmalar var. Biz yaz mevsiminde nas\u0131l beslenirsek dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu mikroorganizmalar\u0131n, do\u011fru mikroorganizmalar\u0131n geli\u015fmesine de olumlu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131da bulunmu\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. Peki bu olumlu mikroorganizmalar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flarken asl\u0131nda bize ne gibi faydalar sa\u011flar, \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir konu. Obeziteye, koroner kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131na, y\u00fcksek tansiyona, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 koruyucudur. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczde k\u0131\u015f mevsimi var, daha az hastalanmak istiyorsak, mikrofloram\u0131z\u0131 do\u011fru y\u00f6nde beslememiz gerekiyor. Bu yaz ay\u0131nda acaba nas\u0131l do\u011fru beslenmeliyim, malumunuz hepimiz dondurma yemek istiyoruz, serinlemek istiyoruz ancak burada limitimize dikkat etmemiz gerekiyor. Tabii ki bol su i\u00e7memiz gerekiyor, diyetimizi mutlaka renklendirmemiz gerekiyor. Meyve ve sebzeler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok yo\u011fun bir mevsim ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bunlar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse \u00e7i\u011f olarak ya da pi\u015fmi\u015f olarak kurallar\u0131na uygun \u015fekilde, bizim \u00f6nerdi\u011fimiz tencerelerde ve pi\u015fme y\u00f6ntemleriyle \u00f6neriyoruz. Yo\u011furdu kesinlikle t\u00fcketmeyi unutmuyoruz ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bol su her zaman bizim yan\u0131m\u0131zda olmal\u0131.
