Bilgisayar \u00e7evre birimlerinin donan\u0131m\u0131 ve kurulan a\u011f y\u00f6netimi g\u00fcvenli\u011fi hakk\u0131nda bilgi sahibi olmalar\u0131 kayd\u0131yla g\u00fcncel programlama dillerinden en az ikisini bildi\u011fini belgelemek.<br \/>\n4. Yukar\u0131da say\u0131lanlarla birlikte, hizmetin gerektirdi\u011fi nitelikler ile muhakeme, temsil, yeni teknolojileri takip etme, \u00f6\u011frenme ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma, h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme ve kendini geli\u015ftirme, analitik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilme, tak\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na yatk\u0131n olma ve ileti\u015fim becerisi y\u00fcksek olma, yo\u011fun ve stresli i\u015f temposuna ayak uydurabilme ve belgelemeye (dok\u00fcmantasyon) \u00f6nem vererek belgeleme yeteneklerine sahip olmalar\u0131 beklenmektedir.<br \/>\n5. Yurt i\u00e7indeki veya yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131ndan mezun olup, ilanda aran\u0131lan \u00f6\u011frenim durumuna ili\u015fkin denkli\u011fi olan adaylar\u0131n, diploma veya mezuniyet belgesi yerine Y\u00fcksek \u00d6\u011fretim Kurumlar\u0131ndan al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f \u201cDenklik G\u00f6sterir Belgelerini\u201d pdf format\u0131nda s\u0131nav mod\u00fcl\u00fcne\u00a0 y\u00fcklemeleri gerekmektedir.<br \/>\nc) Genel \u015eartlar ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 2. maddesinde belirtilen mesleki tecr\u00fcbeyi g\u00f6sterir belge. (Mesleki tecr\u00fcbenin bili\u015fim personeli olarak ge\u00e7ti\u011finin belgelendirilmesi gerekmektedir. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in SGK Hizmet d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fc (e-Devlet kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinden karekodlu belge al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.) kamu kurumlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in H\u0130TAP veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 kurumdan al\u0131nacak belge veya istenilen tecr\u00fcbeyi ispatlayacak i\u015fveren veya y\u00f6netici taraf\u0131ndan onaylanm\u0131\u015f belge.)<br \/>\nd) Genel \u015eartlar ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 3. maddesinde belirtilen en az 2 (iki) g\u00fcncel programlama\u00a0 dilini bildi\u011fini g\u00f6sterir belgeler.
